Shipping & Delivery Times
Our products are manufactured individually and to order. This ensures that each instrument meets the highest quality standards and is precisely tailored to the respective requirements.
Depending on the product and order volume, production time is usually between 6 and 24 weeks. After manufacturing is complete, the product will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.
Subsequent delivery times are:
- Germany: approx. 1–5 business days
- European Union: approx. 5–9 business days
- International: approx. 14–30 business days
Please note that these are approximate values that may vary depending on the shipping method, destination country, and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties & International Shipping
Shipping Costs - Deliveries to North & South America
For deliveries to North & South America (especially the USA), €0.00 shipping costs will initially be shown at checkout.
In these cases, shipping will exclusively be handled via the customer's shipping account (FedEx or UPS). A prerequisite for shipping is the provision of a valid FedEx or UPS account number. This will be requested separately after the order is placed or communicated in writing by the customer.
The actual shipping costs incurred, as well as any applicable customs duties, import duties, and taxes, will not be charged through our online shop but will be billed directly to the customer by the chosen shipping service provider.
Please note that shipping can only proceed once all necessary information has been fully provided. We are happy to assist you with any questions or to coordinate shipping details.
Please also note that the amount of duties depends on the respective import regulations of the destination country and cannot be influenced by us.
