Who can order from your online shop?
Our online shop is exclusively for business customers (B2B) in the sense of § 14 BGB. Orders from consumers are excluded.
Why am I not seeing prices?
Prices are only visible to registered B2B customers. Please log in to view prices and availability.
Why can't I place an order?
Orders are only possible for registered and logged-in business customers. Please log in to your customer account.
Is there a right of withdrawal?
There is no right of withdrawal, as our offer is exclusively aimed at business customers.
Products
Why do products have different delivery times?
Our products are usually manufactured to order. Therefore, delivery times may vary depending on the variant and capacity utilization.
What does "made to order" mean?
The product is custom-made after your order. This ensures the highest quality and flexibility.
Are products also immediately available?
Some variations may be available for short-term delivery. The respective delivery time is displayed directly on the product.
What quality standard do the products have?
All products are manufactured according to DIN EN ISO 13485

How long is the delivery time?
Production time is typically between 6 and 24 weeks. Subsequent delivery time is:
- Germany: approx. 1–5 business days
- EU: approx. 5–9 business days
- International: approx. 14–30 business days
Why is free shipping shown in the checkout for the USA?
For deliveries to the USA, shipping is done via the customer's shipping account (UPS or FedEx). Therefore, no shipping costs are calculated in the shop.
How does shipping to the USA work?
For shipping, we require your UPS or FedEx account number. This will be requested after the order. Shipping will only occur after complete transmission of this data.
Who pays for shipping on international deliveries?
Shipping costs will be billed to you directly by the chosen shipping service provider (e.g. UPS or FedEx).
What are the shipping costs in Germany & the EU?
Shipping will be calculated based on your location:
- Germany: €4.99
- EU: €13.99
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. These include advance payment and PayPal, among others.
When will my order be shipped if I pay in advance?
Shipping takes place after receipt of payment and completion of production.
