For deliveries to the USA, shipping is done via the customer's shipping account (UPS or FedEx). Therefore, no shipping costs are calculated in the shop.
For shipping, we require your UPS or FedEx account number. This will be requested after the order. Shipping will only occur after complete transmission of this data.
